I am a midwife, bodyworker, and tender of the heart, the womb and the land. 

Connection to the elements and nature is foundational to my work, and is central to my ways of being in the world. I was homeschooled through my childhood and spent much of my time exploring in the northeastern woods, learning from the seasons, the trees and animals about life, understanding how to be in more integrity and harmony with natural rhythms. Through many years of working on a small farm, I learned to plant seeds, cultivate the soil and grow food. Midwifery found me when I was 16 years old and I was deeply called by the immense beauty and power of birth and women's work. I now have over a decade of experience working in health and wellness, and my practices include a unique combination of midwifery, integrative bodywork and holistic wellness practices.

I believe we are in a time where we need to come together and remember ways that support thriving life, bringing health to ourselves, our communities and the earth. I feel that a pivotal place to begin this healing is through healing our bodies and wombs - reconnecting to the portals of creation we hold within, igniting our inner knowing, and honoring and celebrating all that we are.
